Overview

• Warmly welcome clients upon their arrival.
• Strong time management to finish the service on time.
• Paint fingernails and toenails.
• Clean, cut and shape nails.
• Perform variety of nail services like- manicure, pedicure, gel polish applications, hard gel and acrylic extensions, nail arts etc.
• Providing professional eyelash extension services.
• Recommend colors and designs based on each customer’s style.
• Remove previously applied polish.
• Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments.
• Sterilize equipment before use
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. Membership discounts).
• Give hand and foot massages
• Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer).
• Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences).
• Achieve individual and salon targets for the day/month.
• Being presentable always.
• Implementing all the trainings given.
• Follow up with their clients for booking future appointments.
• Cleaning the workstation after and before work.
• Cleaning the top of the color bottles after use and cleaning the display area as and when required.
• Supporting team member as and when required.
• Willingness to get trained and learn other services.

• Able to speak and write English
