Nail Technician

· **Manicures and Pedicures**: Provide professional manicure and pedicure services including nail trimming, shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, and massage.

· **Nail Art & Design:** Offer creative nail art services, such as painting, airbrushing, and other decorative techniques.

· **Gel & Acrylic Nails:** Apply and maintain gel, acrylic, and other artificial nail enhancements, ensuring proper application, care, and removal.

· **Client Consultation**: Discuss client preferences and offer personalized nail care recommendations based on their needs, skin type, and desired styles.

· **Sanitation & Safety:** Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, sterilize tools, and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

· **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and techniques in the nail industry and make product recommendations to clients.

· **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

· **Appointment Management:** Manage and schedule client appointments efficiently, ensuring minimal waiting time.

**Sales & Promotion:** Promote and sell salon products and services to clients, aiming to meet sales targets.

***SKILLS & COMPETENCIES***

· Proven certification as a licensed Nail Technician (depending on local regulations).

· Previous experience as a Nail Technician preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.

· Proficiency in manicure and pedicure techniques, nail art, and application of acrylic/gel nails.

Strong attention to detail and creative ability.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.

· Ability to work long hours on your feet, as well as the dexterity to perform intricate tasks.

· Ability to work well within a team and cooperate with other salon staff.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
