- Manage the clinic's social media, digital marketing, and online reputation
- Oversee the call center team to ensure effective lead management, appointment bookings, and conversion
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, influencers, and external agencies for marketing activities
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing efforts based on data
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, budget management, and digital marketing
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Russian is an advantage
