- The role is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Role
The Municipal Services Manager leads the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of municipal services and community-facing operations.
The role oversees public facilities, infrastructure, environmental services, maintenance programs, community requests, contractors, and operational resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop municipal strategies, policies, procedures, service standards, performance targets, and annual operating plans.
- Lead daily municipal operations and coordinate public works, infrastructure maintenance, facilities, environmental services, and community services.
- Manage service requests, complaints, escalations, maintenance programs, assets, work orders, and operational records.
- Manage service teams, workforce plans, training, performance processes, contractors, suppliers, utilities, and government agencies.
- Manage contracts, procurement, budgets, capital requirements, projects, schedules, risks, quality, and cost control.
- Ensure regulatory, environmental, safety, and organizational compliance through inspections, audits, and service reviews.
- Coordinate emergency response to infrastructure failures, severe weather, flooding, utility disruptions, and public hazards.
