Role Overview
The organization is seeking a Governance Manager to lead governance frameworks, policies, committees, decision rights, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
The role supports clear accountability, documented decision-making, effective controls, appropriate oversight, and transparent reporting.
The role works with the Board, executive leadership, Corporate Secretariat, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, HR, and business functions.
Governance Frameworks and Policies
- Develop, implement, maintain, and periodically review the organization's governance framework.
- Define governance principles, structures, roles, responsibilities, and requirements across business units.
- Maintain governance policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, registers, review schedules, exceptions, and communications.
- Coordinate policy consultations, approvals, updates, and policy-awareness initiatives.
Board, Committees, and Reporting
- Coordinate governance support for the Board, executive, risk, audit, investment, remuneration, and governance committees.
