Multiple Engineering and Finance Openings

Project Coordinator

• Manage project documentation and deliverables across projects of varying size and complexity.
• Own customer VDRL, vendor documents, progress reports, and project schedules.
• Track scope, schedule, cost, issues, and risks alongside the Project Manager.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders through project closeout.

Project Engineer

• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Facilitate planning sessions to define project scope and objectives.
• Own project documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk using structured project management tools.
• Build customer-centric relationships with stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Quality Engineer

• Apply quality planning, evaluation, and control principles across manufacturing and installation operations.
• Lead corrective action processes including CARs, SCARs, and NCRs.
• Drive Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ISO 9001 certification and internal audits.
• Manage supplier quality through audits and SWOT analysis.

Finance Associate Level II

• Prepare basic financial analyses and management reports.
• Support annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Analyze departmental budgets and explain expense variances.
• Load actual and forecast data into the financial system.
• Support purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, and supplier payments.

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent is expected, while a high school diploma or equivalent is accepted for the Finance Associate role.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience is specified for the Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, and Quality Engineer roles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are required.
• Candidates should be able to work independently in a large, structured, multinational organization.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Contract Terms

• The job type is stated as contract for 18 to 20 months, with a possibility of extension.
