A leading organization delivering large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects is hiring experienced professionals across Commercial, Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, Testing & Commissioning, and Estimation functions for MEP and ELV projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP and ELV project delivery from initiation through completion
- Oversee planning, procurement, engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards
- Manage project budgets, contracts, variations, and commercial performance
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules and implement recovery plans where required
- Ensure quality assurance, quality control, and HSE compliance across all project phases
- Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and engineering deliverables
- Support successful testing, commissioning, handover, and project close out activities
- Drive project efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 10–25+ years of experience depending on the position
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Mandatory experience in MEP and/or ELV projects
- Proven experience delivering large scale building projects and developments
- Strong knowledge of international construction contracts and commercial practices
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
- GCC or Middle East project experience is highly preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, CCM, PMI SP, NEBOSH, LEED, or equivalent will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following: Mega Development Projects, High Rise Buildings, Commercial & Retail Developments, Hospitality Projects (Hotels & Resorts), Residential Towers & Communities, Mega Construction Projects, GCC / Middle East Experience Preferred.
Priority Consideration
- Priority for those candidates with direct involvement in MEP and ELV systems across large scale developments.
