A leading organization is expanding its Data Center Construction teams in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking experienced professionals across multiple disciplines including project management, engineering, quality, safety, and commissioning to deliver advanced mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center construction projects
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations
- Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation
- Manage site activities and resolve technical and operational challenges
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Prepare progress reports, project updates, and technical documentation
- Support procurement, material management, and vendor coordination
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, reliability, and project excellence
Requirements
- Data Center Construction or Critical Infrastructure experience is mandatory
- 5–15+ years of relevant experience depending on the position
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Large Commercial Construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle management
- Experience working with international standards and best practices
- Proficiency in project management and engineering tools relevant to the role
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, OSHA, NEBOSH, Autodesk BIM, or equivalent are advantageous
