- Assist international clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations in their native language
- Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in multiple languages
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a diverse portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and global professionalism
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more international languages such as Russian, Mandarin Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Turkish, etc.
- Strong command of English
- Experience in real estate sales or high value client facing roles is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high net worth individuals
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage

About the Role
