Anchor Group Services is looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Multi-Site Security Officer, covering a diverse portfolio of high-profile locations across Manchester.
As a Multi-Site Security Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a range of client locations across Manchester, including shopping centres, corporate offices, commercial premises, and other high-profile sites. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor activity to ensure a safe and secure environment for visitors, staff, and customers, respond promptly to incidents, and maintain accurate records in line with site procedures. You will also liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, contractors, and members of the public, acting as both a visible security presence and a professional ambassador for our clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Multi-Site Officer, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of high-profile locations while developing your career within a growing organisation. You will be required to support multiple sites across Manchester, therefore flexibility and reliability are essential. This role will involve covering a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, as required by operational needs.
The successful candidate must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence as a minimum. A CCTV Licence and previous CCTV experience is desirable but not essential. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the multi-site nature of the role.
