Role Overview
The Multi-Restaurant Manager oversees and optimizes operations and performance across multiple restaurant locations in Dubai.
The role requires leadership of high-volume multi-unit operations, team development, sales growth, and profitability management.
Operations and Standards
- Manage high-volume operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Develop and maintain FOH and BOH SOPs, policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are implemented consistently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and maintenance standards.
- Oversee restaurant maintenance, facilities, and equipment.
People and Guest Experience
- Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop restaurant teams.
- Lead teams to deliver consistent customer service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and support new restaurant openings, including operational readiness and team preparation.
Commercial Performance
- Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
