Lead culinary operations across the company’s growing food and catering brands in the UAE.
The role combines operational expertise, creativity, commercial awareness, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead culinary operations across the group.
- Develop menus aligned with brands, market trends, and customer expectations.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor recipes, food costs, portion control, and kitchen efficiencies.
- Lead and develop Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and culinary teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across kitchens.
- Reduce wastage and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support concepts, menu launches, and business expansion.
Candidate Profile
- Have 7 to 10 years of hospitality experience, including 5 years as an Executive Chef.
- Have exposure to multi-cuisines, catering, B2B production, cloud kitchens, and restaurants.
- Demonstrate commercial, strategic, tactical, communication, training, and coaching capability.
- Have a proven record in culinary innovation, research and development, and creative food concepts.
- Be fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or an equivalent degree.
- Hold Level 3 food safety certification or qualification.
