The role supports professional bakery production across breads, croissants, cookies, pastries, and other products.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Baker Chef with daily bakery production.
- Prepare and handle dough for breads, croissants, cookies, and pastries.
- Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, lamination, and baking.
- Follow recipes and production standards accurately.
- Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Prepare and organize ingredients and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.
- Support the team during daily production and service.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of bread, croissants, cookies, and pastry production.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional baking skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic.
- Previous Commis Baker or Bakery Assistant experience is preferred.
- Experience in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, or central kitchen is advantageous.
- Immediate joining availability.
