Role Overview
T A Pai Management Institute is seeking a mid-level Motion Designer.
The role creates motion graphics, animations, visual content, and digital experiences across multiple platforms.
The designer will work with Creative, Marketing, Brand, Product, and Content teams to strengthen brand communication and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animations, video content, and visual effects for digital and marketing campaigns.
- Develop animated concepts, storyboards, visual treatments, and creative directions.
- Design motion assets for social media, websites, advertising, presentations, events, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, marketers, and creative teams.
- Transform static designs, illustrations, typography, and brand assets into dynamic motion experiences.
- Develop 2D and 3D animations, transitions, kinetic typography, visual effects, and compositing.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines, visual standards, and creative direction.
- Edit and enhance footage, graphics, sound, and animation elements for polished final content.
- Create visual concepts and prototypes before production.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Adapt content for different formats, platforms, screen sizes, and audiences.
