Review documentation for compliance with file-specific conditions and company policies, ensuring follow-ups with mortgage brokers for any outstanding requirements.
Apply strong pipeline management skills by conducting regular follow-ups with mortgage brokers and partners to collect outstanding documentation as outlined in the mortgage commitment.
Identify escalation items and collaborate with Underwriters or Managers to resolve them efficiently.
Prepare and send instructional packages to FNF for solicitors, along with relevant supporting documents.
Ensure all conditions are met and documentation is received, reviewing solicitor-prepared mortgage documents to confirm alignment with the terms of commitment and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding personalized service.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Underwriters, Business Development teams, and Lawyers to facilitate the smooth and efficient closing of mortgage files.
Stay current on applicable mortgage underwriting policies, procedures, and products.
Provide timely and accurate responses to Mortgage Brokers and partners.

Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $60,000 and $65,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that the chosen candidate possesses.
