- Build strategic customer partnerships
- Oversee category management, trade marketing, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of overall sales experience with significant exposure to Modern Trade within beverage or FMCG industry
- Proven experience managing key accounts such as Lulu Hypermarket, Carrefour, Union Coop, Abu Dhabi Coop, Sharjah Coop, Nesto Hypermarket
- Strong network and established relationships with key buyers, category managers, and commercial decision makers
- Extensive experience in BDAs, JBPs, annual trading agreements, listing negotiations, promotional planning, rebates, commercial contracts, and strategic customer partnerships
- Demonstrated success in negotiating high value commercial agreements, driving sales growth, increasing market share, and achieving ambitious business targets
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in category management, trade marketing, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
- Experience working for a leading multinational beverage or FMCG company is highly preferred
- Exposure to international business environments or European markets is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are conducting a confidential search for a leading multinational beverage company with operations across international markets, including Europe.
- We are seeking a high caliber, commercially driven, and results oriented Modern Trade Manager with a proven track record in the beverage/FMCG industry and strong expertise in managing key Modern Trade accounts in the UAE.
Key Requirements
- 8–12+ years of overall sales experience, with significant exposure to Modern Trade within the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing key accounts such as Lulu Hypermarket, Carrefour, Union Coop, Abu Dhabi Coop, Sharjah Coop, Nesto Hypermarket, and other leading Modern Trade retailers.
- Strong network and established relationships with key buyers, category managers, and commercial decision makers.
- Extensive experience in Business Development Agreements (BDAs), Joint Business Plans (JBPs), annual trading agreements, listing negotiations, promotional planning, rebates, commercial contracts, and strategic customer partnerships.
