Job Description
- We are hiring for skilled professionals who identify and repair issues related to mobile technology, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- As certified mobile technicians, they are required to provide troubleshooting and support to resolve the mobile operating issues of customers.
- Provide advanced installation, tacking, and support for mobile devices and their respective management systems.
- Provide guidance and support for the Technical Support Specialist (TSS) and Technical Resource Teacher (TRT) position in regards to mobile devices.
