Role Summary And Impact

  • The Media Manager will be the key driver of brand growth and engagement by developing and executing innovative media strategies across diverse channels.
  • Ensure media plans are aligned with marketing strategies and optimized to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Requires strong understanding of both traditional and digital media, and ability to maintain relationships with media vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across various channels (digital, social, print, broadcast, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop media content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
  • Allocate and manage media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) while staying within the marketing budget.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for media campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and advertising agencies.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to audience interactions.
  • Assist in managing crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed.

Skills And Experience

  • Extensive experience working across the full Communications Planning process.
  • 3 4 years of experience in planning across Display, Search and Social Campaigns and offline.
  • Proven client management experience, handling key stakeholders, presenting, and managing expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
  • Remain up to date with market trends and understand the market and customer demographics.
