1. Training Strategy & Delivery
- Design and implement training programs for distributor field forces, beauty advisors, pharmacists, and internal teams.
- Develop and adapt training materials for diverse audiences (scientific, commercial, digital).
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with global brand strategy and brand scientific positioning.
2. Scientific Engagement
- Act as scientific referent for Export markets.
- Organize and participate in scientific meetings, congresses, and roundtables with healthcare professionals.
- Review and update technical and scientific materials for accuracy and compliance.
- Support DCPC Phase IV - post marketing - studies and maintain scientific platforms when required.
3. Educational Content Development
- Create engaging training content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive tools.
- Develop educational games, quizzes, and assessments to reinforce learning.
- Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly.
4. Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Collect and share insights on competitor products and market trends relevant to training.
- Ensure training content reflects latest scientific and regulatory updates.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacist, or related field.
- 5+ years in training roles within pharma, dermo-cosmetics, or healthcare.
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (online and offline).
- Digital fluency for e-learning and virtual training tools.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Fluent business English required
Organization
- Direct report to the Regional Export Director
- Working with the Area Manager on annual training program and brand/country priorities.
- Working with the Partner Activation Manager on brand training content and marketing strategy alignment across the region
- Being part of global PF Trainer community together with HQ and local s trainer from other regions
- Frequent business trip to the countries of the Region
