- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand brand reach.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Lead the digital transformation and strategy of the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Mandatory experience in the Middle East, specifically UAE and KSA markets
- Extensive experience in digital transformation and digital business management
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Your mission
- As Marketing Director at Pierre Fabre SA, you will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and market share across our diverse portfolio of dermo cosmetic across the Middle East (UAE, KSA and Lebanon).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with global business objectives and local market needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Conduct in depth market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and strong brand equity.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, regulatory, and international teams to ensure seamless product launches and integrated marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to inform future strategies and optimize results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the dermo cosmetic or consumer health sectors.
- Mandatory experience in the Middle East, specifically the UAE and KSA markets.
- Extensive experience in digital transformation and digital business management, with a strong understanding of e commerce, digital marketing, retail media, and omnichannel strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is highly desirable.
