Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the e commerce strategy for UAE and KSA in alignment with global and regional business objectives
- Manage relationships with e commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital partners to maximize brand visibility and online sales
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotional strategies are effectively implemented online
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns, to support e commerce growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local laws, and Pierre Fabre corporate guidelines in digital operations
- Prepare regular reports and insights on e commerce performance for senior management
- Participate in monthly global IBU meetings, presenting business performance, key achievements, and updated growth plans
- Monitor stock levels across retailers, analyze sell out performance, and provide regular reports on inventory coverage and product availability
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar for each retailer, taking into account seasonality, promotional events, and business priorities, in close coordination with the Marketing Department and Commercial Manager
Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience in e commerce management
- Experience in developing and executing e commerce strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
- Experience managing relationships with e commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Analytical skills to monitor and optimize online sales performance
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and local laws in UAE and KSA
