- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Read and execute shop drawings and project specifications
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and daily progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE and construction standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy before handover
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Metal Site Supervisor (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, and architectural metal works
- Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and site safety regulations
- Ability to read and execute shop drawings and project specifications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
