Responsibilities
- Perform block work, brickwork, plastering, cement finishing, and masonry activities
- Carry out tile fixing, wall finishing, screeding, and repair works as required
- Read basic drawings and follow site instructions for masonry work
- Prepare cement, mortar, and required construction materials
- Ensure proper leveling, alignment, and finishing of masonry works
- Repair cracks, damaged walls, flooring, and finishing defects
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and proper use of tools and materials
- Follow company safety procedures and site regulations
- Complete assigned work within deadlines and maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mason in construction or fit out projects in UAE/GCC
- Knowledge of block work, plastering, tiling, and cement finishing
- Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
- Good understanding of construction materials and masonry techniques
- Physically fit and able to work on construction sites

Job Summary
