- Source and procure materials required for joinery and interior fit out projects
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure cost effective purchasing
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved suppliers and manufacturers
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor order status until delivery
- Coordinate with the production, project, and site teams to ensure material availability
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and supplier documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning
- Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and quality standards
- Identify new suppliers and evaluate supplier performance
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Purchaser in joinery and interior fit out
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, plywood, MDF, veneers, laminates, solid wood, paints, fittings, and accessories
- Experience in supplier negotiation and procurement planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requests

Overview
- Wood World Decor LLC is looking for an experienced Joinery & Fit Out Purchaser to join our team in Dubai.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing high quality materials at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery to support project schedules.
