About the Role
Wood World Decor LLC is seeking a Carpenter Site Supervisor to oversee carpentry and joinery works at project sites. The role requires strong knowledge of carpentry, ability to read technical drawings, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all carpentry and joinery works at the project site
- Coordinate daily activities of carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors
- Read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
- Ensure proper installation of joinery items, furniture, doors, cabinets, wall cladding, ceilings, and other woodwork
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within deadlines
- Conduct site measurements and coordinate with the production and design teams
- Ensure material availability and proper utilization at the site
- Maintain quality standards and ensure finishing meets client requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding site progress
- Identify and resolve site related issues and technical problems
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures
- Prepare daily work reports and manpower updates
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and furniture installation works
- Ability to read technical/shop drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of site safety procedures
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
