Merchant Success Specialist

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Register signed contracts in all systems within 24 hours and follow up with stakeholders.
• Track payment installation and ensure vendor compliance with installation service-level agreements.
• Conduct post-launch calls to identify merchant support and training needs.
• Educate merchants about releases, features, and offers.
• Answer complex merchant questions about the reconciliation cycle.
• Monitor devices and merchant communication to support continued utilization.
• Monitor merchants for three months and work to maintain zero complaints.
• Act on potential churn reports to retain merchants.
• Identify and implement improvements across the full payment cycle with other teams.

Requirements

• Previous payment-operations experience is preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and third-party coordination.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
• Payment and local regulatory knowledge is advantageous.
• Fintech, payment, and food and beverage industry knowledge are advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to the Riyadh office.
• Arabic language ability is advantageous.
