Company Description
TELELINK ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING LLC is a Grade A MEP contracting company established in 2013.
The company is recognized by FEWA and SEWA and accredited by several UAE civil defense and public works authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute testing and commissioning for HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
- Prepare testing and commissioning method statements, ITPs, and reports.
- Witness and document pre-commissioning, functional, and performance tests.
- Coordinate FAT and SAT activities with manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate witnessing, sign-offs, authority approvals, and NOCs with relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve commissioning snags, defects, and non-conformances.
- Complete handover dossiers, O&M manuals, as-built mark-ups, and client training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in MEP testing and commissioning.
- Contracting background is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and commissioning standards.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to work under tight handover schedules.

- Work is performed in person.
