Role Overview
The MEP Coordinator will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on construction sites.
The role supports technical coordination, site progress, documentation, procurement tracking, compliance, and handover.
Site and Technical Coordination
- Coordinate MEP works between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines for smooth execution.
- Review and process shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs with consultants and project managers.
- Attend site coordination meetings and follow technical and site issues to closure.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule and report deviations to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with civil and structural teams on MEP sleeves, openings, and embedded works.
Procurement and Documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams on material delivery and workforce deployment.
