About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ventilation systems
- Monitor and maintain refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance and consistent temperature control
- Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution panels, and wiring
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to prevent downtime or disruptions
- Perform preventive maintenance on generators and backup power systems
- Inspect and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
- Repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing related issues promptly
- Implement and adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule for all MEP systems
- Ensure all MEP systems meet local safety and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in retail, warehousing, or industrial environments
- Valid UAE driving license
- Hands on experience with refrigeration systems and cold storage equipment is highly desirable
- Professional certifications in HVAC or Electrical Systems are a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

What you'll do

- Ensure all MEP systems meet local safety and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks on all equipment and systems.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safe work practices.
What you'll need
- Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Professional certifications in HVAC or Electrical Systems are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in retail, warehousing, or industrial environments.
- Hands on experience with refrigeration systems and cold storage equipment is highly desirable.
- Valid UAE Driving license is must.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment for MEP maintenance and repairs.
