- Manage daily operation of ammonia chillers and refrigeration systems
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, coordinate major overhauls
- Drive technical standards and engineering processes for refrigeration systems
- Ensure maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations, company policies, and engineering codes
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and FM protocols; identify and mitigate site hazards
- Review contractor logs and consolidate into reports for management
- Manage contractor personnel and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
- Support management in setting FM guidelines and monitoring compliance
Requirements
- Experience in MEP supervision and maintenance
- Knowledge of ammonia chillers and refrigeration systems
- Ability to lead preventive and corrective maintenance
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and FM protocols
- Strong contractor management skills

Job Overview
- Parsons is looking for an MEP Supervisor to oversee operations of MEP systems and lead maintenance on a mixed use masterplan development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage daily operation of ammonia chillers and refrigeration systems, monitoring performance for stability and efficiency.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, coordinate major overhauls, pump replacements, and pipeline repairs.
- Drive technical standards and engineering processes for refrigeration systems; influence technology decisions and strategies.
- Ensure all maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations, company policies, and engineering codes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and FM protocols; identify and mitigate site hazards immediately.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly contractor logs and consolidate into monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
- Manage contractor personnel effectively while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Support management in setting FM guidelines and monitoring compliance with service and cost standards.
