About the Role
The MEP Engineer will join the project delivery team.
The role plans, coordinates, supervises, and monitors MEP works across project sites.
The role covers real estate and hospitality project delivery.
MEP Execution and Supervision
- Supervise and monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, and ELV works.
- Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and report delays or technical issues to the Project Manager.
Coordination and Technical Support
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Review MEP shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates and technical support.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE policies, and UAE authority regulations.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
