Property Overview
The property will convert the Vintage Grand Hotel into a dual-branded Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai Production City.
The planned property includes 365 hotel rooms, 420 executive apartments, dining outlets, an M Club lounge, a pool, fitness center, and tennis court.
The hotel opening is projected for the fourth quarter of 2025.
Role Overview
The Front Office Receptionist supports all aspects of the guest experience in a hotel.
The role includes sharing knowledge of hotel facilities, welcoming guests, completing check-in and check-out, and coordinating guest experience before arrival.
Qualifications
- Past experience dealing directly with customers from diverse backgrounds and general knowledge of basic customer service skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, multitask, and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of standard cash handling procedures and computerized cash register systems.
- Knowledge of safety, emergency, and accident-prevention procedures.
