A confidential company in Dubai is seeking an MEP Engineer with 5+ years of UAE experience to supervise MEP, civil, landscape, and swimming pool works for high-end villa and fit-out projects.

- Supervise site execution of MEP and civil works for fit out and villa projects
- Coordinate with civil teams for blockwork, concrete, waterproofing, and structural works
- Manage swimming pool construction, including piping, filtration systems, and testing
- Oversee landscape works such as irrigation, drainage, and outdoor lighting
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Dubai Civil Defence regulations
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Conduct inspections, snagging, and ensure quality control standards
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Experience in high end villa and fit out projects in Dubai Hills Estate and Emirates Hills preferred
- 5+ years of UAE experience in MEP, civil coordination, landscape, and swimming pool works
- Strong site management and team coordination
- Knowledge of civil–MEP integration
- Experience with pool systems and landscape services
- Familiarity with Dubai authority approvals and inspections

About the Role
