- Oversee and manage daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of all MEP assets
- Coordinate daily service requests, assigning tasks to the right personnel
- Act as direct point of contact for villa owners or management for maintenance issues
- Supervise operation and servicing of AC systems, chillers, ventilation, and exhaust fans
- Oversee maintenance of LV panels, distribution boards, generators, and smart home lighting systems
- Monitor water pumps, water heaters, drainage, and irrigation systems
- Enforce all local Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and daily progress reports
- Document move in/move out property checks and incident reports
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing MEP operations and maintenance in a high end residential estate
- Knowledge of AC systems, chillers, ventilation, exhaust fans, LV panels, generators, smart home lighting, water pumps, water heaters, drainage, and irrigation
- Ability to enforce HSE regulations
- Ability to maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of all MEP assets within a high end villa or residential estate.
- Coordinate daily service requests, assigning tasks to the right personnel to ensure rapid resolution of faults.
- Act as the direct point of contact for the villa owners or management to address any maintenance issues or property enhancement requests.
- Supervise the operation and servicing of AC systems, chillers, ventilation, and exhaust fans.
- Oversee the maintenance of Low Voltage (LV) panels, distribution boards (DB), generators, and smart home lighting systems.
- Monitor water pumps, water heaters, drainage, and irrigation systems to prevent leaks and ensure water quality.
- Enforce all local Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and daily progress reports for management.
- Document move in/move out property checks and incident reports regarding system failures.
