• ojects.Experience in managing and mentoring a team of estimators and eng
• ineers.Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Power
• Point).Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership
• skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and cost c
• ontrol.Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and market cond
