About the Role
DRUK Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Estimation & Quantity Surveyor for fit-out and construction projects in Dubai. The role involves cost estimation, quantity surveying, contract administration, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works, including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and associated project costs
- Develop detailed project budgets and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine cost requirements
- Provide cost advice and value engineering recommendations to optimize project profitability
- Prepare quantity take offs and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures throughout project execution
- Track material consumption, subcontractor costs, and variations to ensure financial efficiency
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications
- Administer project contracts in accordance with contractual terms and conditions
- Review, negotiate, and manage contractual obligations related to MEP works
- Prepare and evaluate variation orders, claims, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence
- Conduct regular variance analysis comparing budgeted costs against actual project expenditures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Strong background in Fit Out and Construction Projects within the UAE
- Proven experience in commercial management of MEP works from project inception to completion
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, CostX, Primavera P6, Bluebeam Revu, MS Excel Advanced
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred

- MEP Estimation & Quantity Surveyor
- Working Schedule: (8+1) hours, 5 days a week
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Position Type: Full Time
- Salary: AED 12,000 15,000 per month
- We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented MEP Estimation & Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial and quantity surveying aspects of MEP works across fit out and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Strong background in Fit Out and Construction Projects within the UAE
- Proven experience in commercial management of MEP works from project inception to completion
- Cost Estimation and Quantity Take Off, Budget Preparation and Cost Control
- Contract Administration & Variation and Claims Management
- Value Engineering, Financial Reporting, BOQ Preparation, Tender Evaluation, negotiation, and contract management abilities
- Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and MEP regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, CostX, Primavera P6, Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks, MS Excel Advanced
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
