About the Role
We are seeking a Gaming Arcade Maintenance Technician to ensure arcade machines, pinballs, bowling lanes, and pinsetters operate smoothly. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repair arcade games, attractions, simulators, and bowling equipment
- Ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff by adhering to safety protocols and promptly addressing hazards
- Ensure bowling lane maintenance and repair bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other bowling related equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all systems to identify any damage, hazards, or maintenance needs
- Install new games and equipment, including wiring, connections, and calibration
- Respond promptly to technical issues reported by staff or guests
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements when necessary
- Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies
- Find creative solutions to complex issues and diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Support operations’ needs whenever required, as instructed by the Arcade Supervisor and Ops Manager
- Perform other roles and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field
- Proven experience as an Arcade/Bowling Technician in amusement facilities
- Strong knowledge of arcade games and bowling alley mechanics, electronics, and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to after hours emergencies when necessary

Objective
- The Arcade Maintenance Technician is to ensure all arcade machines, gaming equipment, such as pinballs, bowling lanes, pinsetters, etc operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- The role focuses on reducing machine downtime, performing timely repairs, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and delivering a seamless gaming experience for customers while supporting overall arcade operations.
