Responsibilities
- Supervising the work, ensuring compliance with contract provisions, Electrical & Mechanical works
- Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works
- Ensuring awareness of all aspects of construction activity to provide quality assurance and safety standards
- Interpretation and application of the Contract specification in respect of technical matters
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation
- Analysing Contractors' material submissions (Electromechanical) and approval
- Analysing Contractors' technical proposals and their approval
- Reviewing and approving shop drawings submitted by the Contractor
- Inspecting temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contracts Documents
- Assisting with the inspection of completed work
- Monitoring the start up, testing, commissioning, and handover of works
- Leading the team in commissioning MEP works
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in facility management / MEP domain
- Hands on ELV experience (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, etc.)
- Proven experience in testing, commissioning, and maintaining ELV systems
- Knowledge of FM procedures, maintenance workflows, and CAFM systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- PMP or equivalent certification (optional but advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
