- Manage day to day operation and maintenance of MEP systems across multiple properties
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and building management systems
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of works
- Conduct regular inspections of hotels, high rise buildings, and other managed properties
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost effective and energy efficient solutions
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements
- Review technical reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records
- Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenses
- Handle emergency maintenance situations and ensure minimum downtime of critical systems
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure work quality meets company standards
- Support fit out, renovation, and refurbishment projects related to MEP systems
- Maintain asset records, equipment warranties, and service schedules
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in MEP engineering
- Experience in managing MEP systems for hotels, high rise buildings, or similar properties
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and safety standards
