Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules for MEP systems
- Oversee testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems
- Lead functional performance testing of electrical systems including power distribution, emergency generators, and lighting controls
- Coordinate and witness testing of plumbing and fire protection systems
- Manage generation and review of detailed commissioning reports
- Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of critical systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, LPG, ELV, and BMS
Requirements
- Experience in MEP commissioning
- Knowledge of HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB)
- Experience with electrical systems functional performance testing
- Experience with plumbing and fire protection systems testing
- Familiarity with ELV systems (CCTV, BMS, security, fire alarm)
- Ability to generate and review commissioning reports

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules, ensuring all MEP systems meet design intent and performance criteria
- Oversee the testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, verifying airflow, temperature, and humidity levels are within specified parameters
- Lead the functional performance testing of electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency generators, and lighting controls, to ensure reliability and safety
- Coordinate and witness the testing of plumbing and fire protection systems, confirming water flow rates, pressure, and system functionality
- Manage the generation and review of detailed commissioning reports, documenting test results, deficiencies, and resolutions for client and project team
- Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of critical systems including plumbing & drainage, electrical lighting & power distribution, HVAC, LPG supply & safety, ELV systems (CCTV, BMS, security, fire alarm), and Building Management System (BMS) integration
