Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all commercial aspects of MEP projects from initiation to completion
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting for project activities
- Manage contracts, variations, claims, and subcontractor agreements
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on commercial matters
- Review project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets and project objectives
- Monitor project progress and identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies
- Prepare and review commercial reports, payment applications, and final accounts
- Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes related to MEP works
- Review AutoCAD drawings and project documentation for commercial and coordination purposes
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies
- Mandatory experience in high rise building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of commercial management, contracts, cost control, and project finance
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple commercial priorities and project deadlines effectively
