- Design and launch short video challenges (online campaigns) tailored for the MENA market, developing tiered reward mechanisms and engagement strategies
- Collaborate closely with MENA based creator networks, delivering support through training sessions, event briefings, and communications
- Monitor daily short video trends and analyze LIVE creator case studies to provide actionable content guidance and topical inspiration

About The Team
- The LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE, from content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies.
- As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real world experience.
- Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 month long internship period.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in TikTok LIVE creators’ short video output and quality across the MENA region through data analysis, campaign execution, and cross functional collaboration to meet business targets.
- Design and launch short video challenges (online campaigns) tailored for the MENA market, developing tiered reward mechanisms and engagement strategies for different levels and types of LIVE creators to boost appeal, and promote campaigns via in app and external channels.
- Collaborate closely with MENA based creator networks, delivering support through training sessions, event briefings, and communications to increase the volume and quality of video content from LIVE creators within these networks.
- Monitor daily short video trends and analyze LIVE creator case studies to provide actionable content guidance and topical inspiration, aligned with the capabilities and interests of regional creators.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong analytical skills, experience in cross functional collaboration, and a keen understanding of content trends. Strategic mindset and excellent execution abilities are essential.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, with outstanding communication skills to work effectively within a global team.
