About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and build the end to end membership program, including pricing strategy, membership benefits package, and value proposition positioning
- Develop differentiated membership benefits (delivery fee waiver, exclusive discounts, etc.) that balance user perceived value and business cost efficiency
- Formulate and execute strategies to drive subscription conversion — from free trial design, onboarding experience, to paid conversion funnel optimization
- Monitor and improve membership renewal rate, churn rate, and member LTV. Design retention strategies including renewal incentives, re engagement campaigns, and win back programs
- Continuously focus on industry growth strategies, capture social hotspots, explore marketing opportunities, and precipitate relevant play and experience
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to communicate in English as the working language
- Native Arabian speaker
- Internet industry background
- Experience in membership operation, integrated marketing, product operations, or subsidy strategies preferred
- Communication and project management skills
- Strong learning ability, efficient execution, strong pressure resistance and sense of responsibility

- Keemart is Meituan's self operated on demand retail business in overseas markets. It first launched in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in May 2025, offering rapid delivery of groceries and daily essentials within 20 minutes.
Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

- Communication and project management skills, able to positively influence cross department teams to promote project implementation.
- Strong learning ability, efficient execution, strong pressure resistance and sense of responsibility, and good project promotion ability.
