About the Role
Fit n Glam seeks a Sales Executive to generate membership sales and deliver excellent customer care at a fitness club in Dubai. You will conduct tours, respond to calls, and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Acquire and maintain a complete understanding of the skills required to perform the sales function successfully
- Achieve the Minimum Performance Criteria as outlined in the sales procedure
- Conduct presentations and tours of the Club
- Implement Company sales policies and procedures to discover prospective buyer's fitness goals, their motivation for joining, and any possible objections
- Respond to all information calls
- Continuously develop leads and solicit referrals
- Successful completion of each month's sales targets
- Perform reporting and administration functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Complete all new member contracts in accordance with company standards
- Deliver the highest standards of customer care
- Ensure effective and efficient communication with both members and other departments
- Support all activities, events and promotions

Purpose of the Role
- The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for actively generating a specific number of sales on daily and monthly basis.
- He/she should permanently deliver highest levels of Customer care to ensure members’ satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
- The SE should also support the club in all sales and marketing events and activities, and should be open to additional tasks that are assigned by the management.

- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 4,000 per month
