Responsibilities
- Act as Quality Assurance auditor ensuring equipment, cleanliness, and staff are operationally optimal
- Own the Gym & PT Unit, delivering operational excellence across Marketing, HR, Member Management, Service Quality, and P&L
- Drive Unit Personal Training, develop programs, leverage instructor team, and deliver against budget targets
- Design Personal Training Programs and manage feedback process
- Act as an easily available ear to members, discussing objectives, goals, and progress
- Coordinate with Fitness Instructors and PTs to ensure gym tidiness and staff compliance with SOPs
- Manage Personal Trainers and their client sessions, reporting sell in/sell out weekly
- Liaise informally with members to understand customer sentiment and needs
- Run periodic surveys and report complaints to relevant unit heads
- Coordinate with other department heads and GM to ensure member attention and care
- Perform other duties as assigned, including GM stand in, Manager on Duty, and CRM duties
- Patrol facilities to scan validate members' RFID bracelets

- Hands on experience in fitness management and personal training
- Ability to manage gym operations, staff, and member retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with P&L management and budgeting

Purpose of the Role
- The Fitness Manager has a key role in impacting the Retention of Gym & PT Members

Key Responsibilities
- Based in the Gym, act as a Quality Assurance auditor, ensuring that equipment, cleanliness, staff are in a state of operational optimality
- Owns the Gym & PT Unit, responsible for delivering operational excellence across Marketing, Human Resource Management, Member Management, Service Quality delivery & Member Retention, Scheduling & Programming, P&L Management
- Drives Unit Personal Training, developing programs, leveraging the team of Level I, II, II Instructors, and delivering against Budget Targets
- Designs Personal Training Programs and manages the Personal Training feedback process
- Acts as an easily available ear to all FitnGlam Members, always ready to discuss objectives, goals, achievements, programming, and progress
- Co ordinates with Fitness Instructors and PTs, ensuring the Gym is always tidy, equipment correctly stored, staff executing their duties as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Manages the Personal Trainers and their client’s sessions; reporting the sell in / sell out weekly to the management
- Liaises informally with FitnGlam Members in order to have a real time and first hand understanding of customer sentiment, needs, complaints, suggestions
- Run Periodic Surveys online and through member feedback form to report on the complaints and action it with the relevant Unit Head / Process owner
- Coordinates closely with both the other department heads and GM to ensure members are receiving the attention and care we aspire to
- Other duties as assigned, including: GM Stand In; Manager on Duty; Customer Relationship Management duties
- Responsible for patrolling our facilities in order to Scan Validate Members’ RFID Bracelets
Compensation
- Pay: AED 12,000.00 per month
