- Contact members via phone, email and in club conversations to build relationships
- Articulate knowledge of FitnGlam programs, products, services, and policies

Job Description
- Responsible for overall member retention by delivering highest quality customer service.
- Assists members with account maintenance and articulates knowledge of FitnGlam products and services.
- Anticipates member needs and recommends programs, products and services appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring Exceptional Member Service: Greet and service members at reception; respond to member needs; initiate positive relationships; answer phone calls; anticipate needs; schedule members.
- Member Retention: Elevate culture of service through outreach initiatives; contact members via phone, email, in club; articulate knowledge of programs; attend daily huddle.
- Managing the Member Experience: Interact with members to obtain feedback; align with other teams; serve as expert on website and member portal.
- Managing the Retail Shop.
- Responsibilities of All Positions: Support mission statement; adhere to policies; ensure cleanliness of club; attend department meetings.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate positive attitude through courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.

- Job Type: Full time
- Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
- Work Location: In person
