- Achieve consistent increase in class attendance, maintaining at least 85% capacity per class
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere and achieve positive feedback in member surveys and Google reviews
- Maintain 100% compliance with FitnGlam’s professional appearance, language, and coaching standards
- Deliver well structured, energetic, and innovative class sessions aligned with premium quality values
- Actively participate in and support FitnGlam events or workshops per quarter
- Build connections with members by engaging before and after classes to enhance community experience
- Effectively manage and mentor the service team to ensure alignment with customer service standards
- Attend required training sessions and maintain certifications relevant to assigned programs
- Ensure member return for repeat classes to contribute to retention goals
- Collaborate with other coaches, wellness team, and service team to enhance program offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Group Class Manager role
- Proven industry knowledge in group fitness
- Group Fitness and Customer Care experience

Role Overview
- The GX and Wellness Manager is responsible for driving class attendance growth, enhancing member engagement, and ensuring FitnGlam’s high standards in coaching, community building, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a consistent increase in class attendance at FitnGlam, maintaining at least 85% capacity per class.
- Foster a welcoming and empowering atmosphere, achieving positive feedback in member surveys and Google reviews.
- Maintain 100% compliance with FitnGlam’s professional appearance, language, and coaching standards.
- Deliver well structured, energetic, and innovative sessions, ensuring all classes align with FitnGlam’s premium quality and values.

Minimum Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Group Class Manager.
- Proven industry knowledge.
- Group Fitness and Customer Care experience.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 12,000 per month.
