Member Service Representative
DUCA is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative for its Toronto Mount Pleasant branch.
The role provides accurate, timely, and efficient front-line service to members in person and by phone.
The representative identifies member needs, connects members with appropriate advisors, and follows up to ensure their needs are addressed.
Branch Hours
- Branch hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- The position is full-time and scheduled for 38 hours per week.
Key Duties
- Deliver member service at the front counter and by phone and respond to inquiries.
