Role Overview
DUCA is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative for its Brampton branch.
The MSR delivers accurate, timely, and efficient Member service while identifying opportunities for additional banking solutions.
The role greets Members, handles front-line inquiries, partners with advisors, and follows up to ensure Member needs are addressed.
Branch Schedule
- Branch hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday hours are 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Friday hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday hours are 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- The position is full-time at 38 hours per week.
