About the Role

  • The Member Relations Role is responsible for providing hands on support to the Membership Department while also providing support in the interaction and front facing aspect of Member communication and events.
  • As Member Relations, it is crucial that you have an exceptional eye for detail, effective communication skills and you must combine discretion, emotional intelligence, as well as operational precision.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • The working hours are Tuesday Saturday, afternoon and evening shift.
  • First point of contact with members at our entrance, assisting with dress code, members guestlist and member issues on arrival.
  • Full knowledge of our front of house CRM and check in processes in order to support and assist the front desk team when needed.
  • Full knowledge of our membership CRM, ability for reporting, check in and trend analysis.
  • Build working relationships with our members and guests throughout the club to give a flawless & professional member experience.
  • Members engagement, tours of the club with new members and international members.
  • Participate in monthly planning of new members activations.
  • Monitor daily bookings so you can ensure all special requests are managed accordingly.
  • Attend restaurant briefings.
  • Support with member events throughout the club.
  • Follow up with member issues according to club’s reports.
  • Handle members’ feedback and complaints, share information with relevant team and recover by adding specific notes for future visits.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in private members club, concierge services, guest relations, five stars hotels, VIP services, high end F&B environments.
  • Desired experience within art institutions, cultural organizations.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role.
  • Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Content Management System applications.
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Reliable and effective team player, with a positive mindset.
  • Flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.
